| Back home after our ride |
Notes: Caught a ride in between wind storms. I towed Drifter under saddle. He didn't seem to notice at all. Other than chewing on my saddle bags the entire way, he was extra good. Pretty sure he was after the carrots in there but he'd do it anyway; he's the mouthiest horse ever. It won't be long and I'll be swinging a leg over!

Notes: Donna is in town for a bit and wanted to come out, see my place and visit with the girls. I knew Donna from years ago when we cut hair together. Fast forward 30+ years later and she ends up being my realtor when I sold my Idaho property. Small world.
We rode South of the power lines before looping back. Beautiful day in the mid to upper 70's. The nights are warming back up as well. The snakes won't be far behind!

| Headed home after a nice ride. I love being able to climb on my horse and ride out the back gate to endless wilderness. I will not grow tired of riding under the overhead entrance to my property. <3 |

Notes: Spent the day helping Phil and Brian put up a tin ceiling in his new apartment. Boy is that a pain in the butt. If I get a house again some day I am most certainly not putting in a tin ceiling! Got done a little late but still time to get in a short ride with the extra hour of daylight. I started out ponying Drifter. I rode to Crandall's and Dan was riding in the arena. He said Teri was out in the desert. I left Drifter with Dan so I could make better time and catch Teri. Drifter wasn't too sure he wanted to pony with a horse besides Uncle Jack. Dan said it took about a half an hour and he was good with it. I caught up with Teri at the wash behind Silver Bit.
