Notes: First real ride since leaving Arizona. It's much cooler in the mountains than the 105° + days here in the valley. The smoke, although not as heavy as in the valley - was still present. There must be fires all around.
We rode to the lookout (Russel Mnt) - down Sugar Loaf to Deadman and back to camp. Deadman has recently been cleared so there was little to no bushwhacking.
Heading back up Wednesday with Drifter. THEN Thursday, the temps are supposed to start cooling off some.
