Left at daybreak to beat the heat. Man, it's been hot. I parked at the Snow Park on Clear Creek Rd and rode up FS 6605 until the trail sort of faded out. We looped back to Clear Creek road and hung out at the big culvert and let the horses play in the water. I don't know if Drifter will be the sea horse Jack is - but he didn't hesitate being led across. Great day for a quick ride.
